THE EARTH CREATED US, WHY DESTROY IT?

At Fanfan, caring for our beautiful planet is very important.

That's why we only work with eco-responsible brands that use natural fabrics.

We also make it a point of honour not to over-produce. We order from our different partner brands only the clothes we really like, only what we hope to sell. At Fanfan no garment is destroyed, you can find our oldest pieces in our "Good Deal" section.

BRANDS THAT CARE ABOUT OUR PLANET

PRIVATSACHEN

Privatsachen has earned a reputation for its sustainably sourced fabrics, hand-dyeing and manufacturing processes. All pieces are designed, produced and dyed by hand in Hamburg. For this Spring-Summer 2022 collection, the brand has used natural materials such as ramie (derived from the Chinese nettle plant, it is one of the most widely used ecological fibres. The fibres can be extracted from the plant as soon as the flowers start to bloom), organic cotton, tencel and silk.

ORIENTIQUE NATURALLY

Orientique specialises in natural fabrics. Their philosophy is "mill to garment", which means that the organic cotton, linen and rayon used in all our garments have been carefully selected from the best mills in the world and woven specifically for Orientique. The company is proud to present natural garments with the 'Orientique Naturally Australian' label. For its Spring-Summer 2021 collection, Orientique was even certified by the GOTS label. This label guarantees an ecological and socially responsible production method. It also applies quality requirements. Since 2022, Orientique has been collaborating with "Livaeco™ Sustainable Rayon" to complement its organic cottons. Livaeco™ Sustainable Rayon only uses wood from responsibly managed forests that offer environmental, social and economic benefits. A single garment made from Livaeco™ rayon saves 900 litres of water compared to garments made from other natural fibres. A garment made from Orientique rayon will carry the Livaeco™ friendly fashion label.

ELEMENTE CLEMENTE

Elemente Clemente places its trust in ecology and sustainability when choosing materials. For them, this is not just a trend but part of their DNA. They offer their customers Slow Fashion products, made from environmentally friendly materials, recycled or upcycled fabrics and high quality textiles. Their products come from a responsible and transparent production chain and all collections are made in Europe or at their partner's production site in Tunisia. They collaborate with fashion brands that promote environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing methods and they strictly reject exploitation, forced labour and child labour. They also work with several regional companies to avoid unnecessary long transport lines, save natural resources and support local businesses.

VAN-DOS

At VAN-DOS, they have adapted to a new way of dressing where recycled and breathable, comfortable and washable fabrics predominate and they have turned to practicality and versatility, clothes that can be worn both at home and for outings.

GRIZAS

The Grizas brand was created by a lovely little couple who wanted to offer the world a brand that was both modern and made of natural fibres. As we have seen, the challenge has been met, the collections they propose are trendy and are made with quality fabrics such as linen, silk, and also bamboo silk.

MARA GIBBUCCI

The philosophy of their company is naturalness as a way of life, a kind of harmony with the world. Their clothes are made entirely by hand. The use of 100% natural resources such as linen and high quality wools: cashmere and alpaca, combined with the best tailoring skills, guarantees a lasting satisfaction from the use of their products.

IVKO

IVKO Woman specialises in the design and creation of high quality woven and knitted garments, combining exceptional craftsmanship with the latest knitting technology. They use only the finest natural fabrics and fibres to produce an exquisite range of garments designed for the modern, independent woman.

EWA I WALLA

Natural quality materials such as linen, silk, wool, etc. are some of the materials that can be found in an Ewa i Walla collection.

LES OURS

At Les Ours, natural fabrics are also used every year to ensure that the collections are not only beautiful but also of high quality.

AT FANFAN WE WANT TO BE ECO-RESPONSIBLE RIGHT UP TO THE TRAVEL OF YOUR CLOTHES

At Fanfan we try to make our shipments more ecological. That's why we mainly use cardboard or paper packaging for our envelopes, which are produced from recycled grass, so your beautiful orders travel in the most environmentally friendly way.

In this way, we try to ensure that the journey continues under the same conditions. That is why we have chosen the DHL GoGreen transport for Germany. It meets the logistical needs while minimising/avoiding emissions, waste and other environmental impacts. Unfortunately Colissimo does not offer this option, otherwise we would have chosen it as well.
